Rental Prices
- Half day (up to 4 hours): DKK 8,000 excl. VAT
- Full day: DKK 15,000 excl. VAT
The Space
The presentation stage is located on the ground floor behind Café Thoras and framed by folding doors that can be opened to create a fluid transition between the café’s seating area and the adjacent workshops with glass walls.
The flexible layout allows the space to transform from an open and inviting area to an intimate setting for focus and reflection.


The unique natural light from the façade of Thoravej 29 enhances the room’s atmosphere, where a large glass gate and window section ensure a bright, lively space. Curtains allow the light to be dimmed when needed.
Facilities
- Presentation stage of 142 m² with space for up to 100 people
- Chairs, tables, screens, AV equipment, and flexible stage setup
- Screens, sound, lighting, and AV equipment available as needed
- A dedicated technician available throughout the event
- Optional add-ons for setup, preparation, and additional tech support
Accessibility
Thoravej 29 is accessible directly from street level via a ramp at the entrance. The building has two elevators providing access to all floors and wheelchair-accessible restrooms on every floor.

Theatre Seating
- Capacity: 95 seated




This setup is ideal for talks, panels, and debates.
Workshop Setup
- Capacity: Up to 50 participants
- 8 tables seating 6 people each




Perfect for workshops and participatory formats.
For comfort and acoustic reasons, we recommend not exceeding 50 participants.
Stage Podium
The presentation stage features a low, crescent-shaped, mobile podium that can easily be moved around the room as needed.




To ensure the best experience, we recommend a maximum of 4–5 speakers on stage at a time.
Technical Equipment
The presentation stage is fully equipped for lectures and presentations, including TV screens, cameras, microphones, speakers, and lighting.
Setup is simple: select a scenario on the tablet to activate the entire system.
You can connect and display presentations, images, or videos using ClickShare or HDMI.
System includes:
- Speakers: 12x JBL Control 68HP | 8" pendant speakers
- Subwoofers: 2x JBL Control 60PST Pendant Subs
- Mixer: Q-SYS Core (tablet mix); M32R used for larger or more complex setups
Microphones:
- 4x BLX24 handheld mics
- 4x HCM10V2 wireless headset mics
Lighting:
- Control: Astera ART7 AsteraBox integrated in QsysControl
Screens:
- 2x Iiyama 98” LFD TVs on floor stands
- ClickShare connection
Cameras:
- 2x AVER CAM PTZ31 (one mobile, one mounted)
