On Thursday, June 19th, we will set the long tables on the terrace and welcome you to the first edition of Community Dinner at Thoravej 29 – a new, recurring communal dinner, where we invite our neighbors and networks to fellowship, food and stories.

This evening we celebrate neighbours – across generations, backgrounds and professions. You can taste your way through a sensual table with roots in the world's cuisines and seasonal local vegetables, and at the same time gain an insight into who we are at Thoravej 29: A diverse community of enthusiasts who work with art, sustainability, culture and social innovation.

The menu is created by Langar - Thoravej 29's completely unoriginal 'canteen' run by Meyers, who serves food to the community every day – this evening they are behind a vegetarian dinner with, among other things, lentil sausage, heart salad, sauerkraut, cauliflower and bread with bean mole and ramsons.

The dessert is provided by Højskole uden mure, who will also be present throughout the evening and help create the setting. Throughout the evening, Lucas from Højskole Uden Mure will share his personal story about his time in the organization, and artist Cecilie Penny, who is in residence at Art Hub Copenhagen, will stop by with an artistic feature.

Come as you are – hungry for both food and compagny. We look forward to meeting around the table with those of you who live and work in the Nordvest.
