With a strong focus on inner development as a foundation for outer results, the consultancy designs holistic change processes that empower both people and systems.

The company is led by Sara Øllgaard, who assembles project teams based on the needs of each assignment. The approach is agile and built on a network of experts, project collaborators, and facilitators who are brought in when needed. In addition to running the consultancy, Sara teaches on the MiniMBA in Sustainable Leadership, facilitates leadership networks, and is co-founder, trainer, and coach at the leadership programme Academy for Signature Performance.

The material has been sold to over 20 countries and is used in both public and private organizations to build strong teams and facilitate meaningful change that makes a difference.
