Isabella Hemmersbach works at the intersection of organisational development, radical innovation processes and curatorial practice.

Through presentations, workshops, research, consultancy and collaborations, she helps companies and organisations challenge the usual innovation processes, work environments and formats through art.

With experience ranging from business development and strategic programme planning to hands-on curating in the art world and beyond, Isabella Hemmersbach is now working to bridge the gap between disciplines.

Helping young artists into established institutions

As part of the curatorial collective, protempore.art, Isabella has also been finding gaps in the spaces and calendars of established institutions and filling them with exhibitions by emerging artists since 2017.

Pro tempore.art (pro temp.) curates exhibitions in galleries, museums, workshops and offices, facilitating encounters and cross-fertilisation based on aesthetic friction.
